Regional Recruiter Location: St. Louis, MO (63103) Pay: $50,000/year ~ Quarterly and Yearly Bonus ~ $3500 Car Allowance-(paid out biweekly @ $135.00) ~ Gas Card for Travel Schedule: Full-Time ~ 8 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri Drive Hiring Across the Region Join Allied Universal as a Regional Recruiter and take ownership of building strong hiring pipelines across multiple branches. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your strategies directly keep operations staffed and running smoothly. What You’ll Do Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates Partner with Branch Managers and leadership to meet hiring needs Analyze recruiting data and adjust strategies to improve results Support hiring events and high-volume recruiting efforts Train and guide branches on better hiring practices What You Bring Proven ability to hit goals and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and with leadership teams Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office and recruiting systems) Valid driver’s license + ability to travel regularly Why This Role Matters Your work ensures branches stay fully staffed, reduces overtime, and improves overall performance.
