About The Position

This role is for a Remote Senior Recruiter specializing in skilled trades, specifically refrigeration and maintenance. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hard-to-fill, high-impact roles such as maintenance technicians, ammonia refrigeration specialists, and other skilled trades talent in competitive markets. Key responsibilities include partnering with operations leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience, leading intake and calibration sessions, building talent pipelines, and representing the company at hiring events. The position is critical for supporting operational uptime and safety, requires creativity and persistence in finding niche talent, and involves advising hiring leaders on market conditions and strategy. It is not a high-volume, transactional role but focuses on strategic talent acquisition for mission-critical operations.
