Senior Regional Manager - Los Angeles
About The Position
Sares Regis Group (SRG) is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee one of their Los Angeles portfolios. This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of the assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions, and relations. SRG is a privately held real estate development, investment, and management firm focusing on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S. Since its founding in 1993, SRG has developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets, managing a combined portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with high rise, lease-ups, and the Los Angeles market
- 5+ years managerial experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing client relationships
- Strong financial background
- Must be able to travel 80% of the time.

- Experience with business development and pre-development a plus
