About The Position

Beehive Industries is seeking a Recruiter to manage and support full life-cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing roles. The position focuses on recruiting for the company’s Propulsion division and building pipelines for critical roles requiring specific skill sets. This is a contract position lasting 4+ months. The Recruiter sources and manages candidates, partners proactively with hiring managers, and ensures candidate communications reflect Beehive Industries’ values and culture. The role requires substantial recruiting experience for manufacturing roles in the aviation, aerospace, or DOD industry. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance are required.

Requirements

At least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced in-house recruitment role for growing organizations.
At least 3 years of substantial recruiting experience for manufacturing roles in the aviation, aerospace, or DOD industry.
A sense of urgency in delivering for the business while working effectively as part of a team.
Ability to use innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage a diverse pool of niche talent.
Proactive approach, willingness to think outside the box, and ability to work independently.
U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Source qualified candidates through social media and other networking channels.
Partner with hiring managers and proactively provide weekly updates and feedback.
Build candidate pipelines for critical roles requiring specific skill sets and for a variety of roles within the Propulsion division.
Manage candidates who apply through the applicant tracking system.
Communicate with candidates in a manner that reflects Beehive Industries’ values and culture.
Source and engage passive candidates through alternative search technology.
