About The Position

The Contractor Recruiter sources, qualifies, and onboards contractors nationwide who are eligible to join Repair Solutions, LLC’s contractor network. The role develops a network of qualified contractors and maintains contractor capacity levels within an assigned territory. It also supports organizational quality programs and requires travel as needed. The role is part of Sedgwick, which describes its culture as caring and supportive of work-life balance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Ability to articulate program details to prospective contractors.
Strong statistical analysis skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Construction knowledge or an insurance adjusting background preferred.

Responsibilities

Research, source, and develop prospects in assigned areas.
Conduct data research to determine the best-qualified contractors in the candidate pool.
Evaluate applications and conduct interviews to ensure candidates meet or exceed qualifications.
Monitor new hires to ensure paperwork and documentation are received during contractor activation.
Maintain company records in contractor software.
Develop and maintain strong contractor relations.
Work with other recruiters and management to meet specific goals and objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Support the organization's quality program(s).
Travel as required.
