About The Position
Cloudflare is seeking a motivated, collaborative Senior Recruiter to support the growth of its Tech teams. The recruiter will partner strategically with hiring managers to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies, primarily using active sourcing to attract and hire exceptional talent. The role also collaborates with People Business Partners, Coordinators, business leaders, and the wider recruiting team to support hiring and improve talent acquisition practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
- Direct experience hiring for Tech roles.
- Expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience advancing diversity and inclusion in recruiting and helping build diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
Nice To Haves
- Recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Experience recruiting in the network security or cybersecurity sales domain.
Responsibilities
- Advise hiring managers with market insights and recruiting best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from developing hiring plans and sourcing candidates through interviewing and closing hires.
- Partner with hiring teams to attract and hire a diverse range of candidates and champion inclusive processes.
- Use creative sourcing methods, particularly direct outreach through LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify candidates for cybersecurity and network security sales teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines, maintain data integrity in Greenhouse, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team on initiatives and hiring projects to continuously improve talent acquisition.
