About The Position

The Senior Recruiter - Finance plays a critical role in partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives. This role leverages market data and recruiting analytics to advise on compensation, candidate availability, and hiring timelines, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes. The Senior Recruiter designs targeted sourcing strategies, enhances interview frameworks, and drives candidate engagement to secure high-quality talent. Additionally, this position focuses on operational excellence by optimizing workflows, utilizing technology, and delivering insightful reporting to support informed decision-making across the organization. Our team partners closely with Finance leaders to understand business needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions. We operate with agility, data-driven insights, and a commitment to candidate experience. In this role, you’ll directly impact the growth and success of Walmart’s Finance organization by ensuring we hire the best talent to meet evolving business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience advising hiring managers using market data and pipeline analytics to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong ability to design and implement targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and critical skill sets.
  • Expertise in leveraging recruiting analytics and ATS/CRM tools to inform hiring decisions and improve process efficiency.
  • Skilled in developing structured interview frameworks and facilitating calibration to enhance candidate evaluation consistency.
  • Demonstrated capability to negotiate competitive offers aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of technology to streamline recruiting operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and time-to-fill trade-offs using market data and analytics.

  • Design targeted sourcing approaches for critical skill sets and build segmented candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to refine interview frameworks and improve evaluation consistency.
  • Create engagement strategies to enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate competitive offers balancing market data and internal equity.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify process improvements and support operational excellence.
