About The Position

ISHIR is hiring a Senior React Native Developer to lead mobile delivery for client products across industries including healthcare, fintech, retail, and logistics. The developer will design, build, and own cross-platform applications from initial architecture through App Store and Google Play release, guide architecture across mobile codebases, and mentor other engineers. The role also helps establish how the team uses AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and review. It calls for a self-directed, detail-oriented engineer who is comfortable working with clients and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The position is onsite in Plano, Texas, and requires eligibility to work in the U.S. and the ability to work onsite in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience building and shipping production React Native applications, including at least 2 years in a technical lead or mentoring role.
Deep proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on native development with Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS, including native modules and platform-specific debugging.
Proven ownership of mobile release management, CI/CD pipelines, and rollback strategy.
Professional use of AI coding assistants, sound judgment about evaluating AI-generated code, and the ability to teach that judgment to others.
Strong understanding of mobile performance, offline support, security, and accessibility best practices.
Clear communication skills and comfort working directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to work onsite in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Nice To Haves

Experience with React (web), .NET/C#, Java, or Objective-C.
Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure, including serverless and mobile backend services.
Experience building AI-powered mobile features, such as LLM integrations, on-device ML, or conversational interfaces.
Experience leading a codebase migration, platform consolidation, or team restructuring.
Background in an agency, consultancy, or product studio delivering for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and own React Native applications and native modules for iOS and Android, making architectural decisions across client mobile codebases.
Build intuitive, accessible, high-performing user interfaces that translate client product goals into useful user experiences.
Lead code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers on React Native practices, native bridging, state management, and performance optimization.
Own mobile release management, including CI/CD pipelines, app store submissions, OTA updates, monitoring, and rollback strategy.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code for coding, debugging, and integration work, and set standards for responsible use, review, and quality gates.
Integrate mobile apps with REST and GraphQL APIs, cloud services, and third-party SDKs for payments, analytics, push notifications, and authentication.
Work with clients and ISHIR product, design, QA, and backend teams to assess feasibility, estimate effort, and shape product roadmaps.
Contribute to technical proposals, discovery workshops, and solution architecture for new client engagements.
