About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an Engineering firm in the development of a new site master plan. This role involves coordinating the gathering and evaluation of site information, including existing infrastructure, facilities, utilities, operational needs, and future requirements. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional site stakeholders to identify current and future infrastructure needs and priorities, and present findings, recommendations, and potential development strategies to site leadership. This position requires the development of preliminary capital estimates, evaluation of potential implementation strategies, assessment of project priorities, alternatives, risks, and potential impacts to site operations. The role also involves facilitating the development, justification, and approval of Capital Authorization Requests (CARs), and developing and communicating business cases and capital investment recommendations. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate with Engineering, Facilities, Utilities, Operations, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders throughout the planning process and support the development of a long-term implementation strategy aligned with site business and operational needs. A strong presence at the site and direct collaboration with site teams and leadership are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • At least ten plus (10+) years of experience on Pharma.
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
  • Experience in Site Master Planning
  • Experience in Engineering Firm and Design Consultant Management
  • Experience in Site information gathering and infrastructure assessment
  • Experience in Capital Project Planning and Development
  • Experience in Capital cost estimating and budget development
  • Experience in Development of implementation strategies and project prioritization
  • Experience in Presentation of technical recommendations to site leadership
  • Experience in Capital Authorization Request (CAR) development, justification, and approval
  • Experience in Coordination with Engineering, Facilities, Utilities, Operations, Manufacturing, and other site stakeholders
  • Experience in Development of business cases and capital investment recommendations
  • Experience working within active pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities

Responsibilities
