Senior Project Manager
About The Position
As a Senior Project Manager at Linesight, you will work with experienced, culturally diverse teams and take responsibility for your role and career progression. You will be mentored and supported by industry leaders, contribute to the company’s business strategy, and build trusted relationships with teams and clients. The role involves onsite project leadership, coordination of snagging activities, issue resolution, implementation and monitoring of project processes, and leading meetings to track progress and communicate impacts to project partners. The salary range is $126,154 to $176,615, with the actual offer dependent on experience, skill set, and education. Interviews are conducted in person or virtually, with video required.
Requirements
- Experience project managing a data centre project.
- Have or be seeking a project management professional certification.
- A degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through a shared purpose, openness, and fun.
Responsibilities
- Be a visible leader onsite, assess progress, and ensure safe work practices.
- Coordinate with the client team, consultant team, and contractor on snagging activities, including scheduling and partner engagement.
- Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
- Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions.
- Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners.
- Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure they are observed.
