About The Position

The GEA Command Center is looking for an innovative, multitasking, and self-motivated Project Manager to join its Operations team focused on Well Managed Delivery. In this exciting role, you will lead projects and programs to drive operational excellence, manage through change, and enable delivery of EA’s strategic priorities. You will be part of a centralized, highly collaborative team that provides critical core services and trusted advisory to leaders and teams across the GEA organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to quickly put structure in place to gather information and use data to influence business decisions
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively across teams and organizations
  • Ability to multitask with simultaneous projects and tasks, while demonstrating urgency, prioritization, and ownership to drive work toward completion
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and results orientation
  • Self-motivated and able to react seamlessly to changes in priorities and delivery focus

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination
  • Relevant coursework or experience in finance, accounting, business, economics or mathematics
  • Relevant project or process management certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead ad hoc projects and ongoing programs to drive operational efficiency and well-managed delivery in close collaboration with Chiefs of Staff and key enterprise partners
  • Analyze data and effectively communicate findings to GEA leaders to inform decision making
  • Assist Chiefs of Staff and GEA leaders with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning, and change management
  • Develop and support reporting to ensure GEA is well-managed
  • Identify and implement process improvements and drive compliance with best practices
  • Create and measure success metrics and monitor progress toward goals
