Project Managers should have a proven record of project leadership on EPC projects, either lump sum or reimbursable projects, with a project value between $150MM - $500MM. The Project Manager possesses the knowledge and skills to develop project plans, scope of services, schedules, budgets, and execution plans, understands project success criteria, and is the primary interface with the client, and coordinates and leads the engineering team. The Project Manager will also be involved in various business development activities and will be expected to mentor and develop other employees within their organization. Project Managers own project execution, project integration, client coordination during execution, project demand forecasting, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, change management, revenue, burn, and client delivery performance.
