About The Position

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Houston, specifically supporting our Energy Group. Our clients engage us for significant projects in battery energy storage, data centers, PV, and power generation. The role involves providing project management services to multidiscipline teams across multiple time zones, managing teams, and coordinating internal and external communication for deliverable development. Key responsibilities include direct client management with premier Korean clients, occasional site visits, managing meetings, budgets, quality control, and engineering design execution. The company emphasizes working in tight-knit teams that support and mentor each other, managed with a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

Bachelor's in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power.
Korean fluency is required.
Experience with MS Office programs.
Desire to work as a pro-active team player.
Exceptional technical writing and communication skills in English and Korean.

Nice To Haves

Project Management experience is preferred.
Registration as a P.E. is preferred.
Work with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms is preferred.
