About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will ensure that our projects reliably progress from planning to rollout along the roadmap. You will take responsibility for execution and deliverables, reduce complexity, and bring together Engineering, UX, Supply, and Product. You will work hands-on in implementation and significantly shape the partner experience, especially in complex transformation projects, data migrations, and system changes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Hands-on mentality: You are accustomed to not just coordinating projects but actively participating in their implementation, driving topics independently, and taking responsibility for results.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with data migration projects and the introduction, replacement, or change of tools and systems.
• Cross-Functional Experience: You have already worked at the interface between Engineering, UX, Supply, and Product and can bring together different professional and technical perspectives.
• Methodology: You master classic and agile project management approaches (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and confidently choose the appropriate method for each situation.
• Technical understanding: You have a good understanding of complex technical infrastructures and interrelationships and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes.
• Ownership & Resilience: You take responsibility, consistently drive topics forward even in the face of resistance, and maintain an overview during complex or challenging project phases.
• Tools: You are proficient with common PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, MS Project) and naturally use AI tools in your daily work.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: You will take end-to-end responsibility for the execution and deliverables of various projects – from planning through operational implementation to successful rollout.
• Data Migrations & System Changes: You will support complex migration and transformation projects, coordinate dependencies, and ensure a structured and reliable transition between existing and new systems.
• Hands-on Execution: You will not limit yourself to pure project coordination but will also delve deeply into topics yourself when necessary, resolve blockers, and proactively drive open points to completion.
• Planning & Prioritization: You will create robust project plans, define milestones, and use prioritization frameworks to ensure resources are deployed where they have the greatest impact.
• Reducing Complexity: You will break down large problem areas into clear, solvable work packages with defined responsibilities and deadlines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: You will bring together Engineering, UX, Supply, Product, and other stakeholders, and communicate status, risks, and decisions transparently.
• Interface Management: You will identify dependencies between teams and systems early on, mediate between different requirements, and keep all participants synchronized.
• Ownership & Problem Solving: You will take responsibility for project success, proactively tackle challenges, and maintain focus on pragmatic solutions even amidst changes, resistance, or unexpected problems.
