About The Position

For our Neon Wood Bremen location, we are seeking an experienced Facility Manager / Building Technician (m/f/d) starting immediately. Your area of responsibility is diverse and far from a boring 9-to-5 job. We are the Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH, based in Berlin, and operate and manage the Neon Wood student apartments and Tannhaus Serviced Apartments. Our relatively young company is currently expanding throughout Germany, elevating student living to a new level of high-quality, design-oriented living. Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field
• Professional experience as a caretaker/building manager
• Independent, structured way of working, high commitment, dedication, and customer orientation, as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German language skills

Nice To Haves

• Good English language skills are desirable

Responsibilities

• Support tenants and assist the on-site property team
• Ongoing checks of the property's condition
• Supervision of maintenance and repair work
• Control and inspection work on building services
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Carrying out painting work
• Acceptances and handovers of residential units
• Access control for service providers
• Monitoring of maintenance and inspection schedules
• On-call duty upon request
