About The Position

Agentic Artificial Intelligence is changing how companies use knowledge, handle tasks, and automate business processes. As an Agentic AI Enablement Manager, you will be part of Global IT, driving the secure, scalable, and value-generating use of AI Agents in the business. You will empower selected employees and departments to independently develop and effectively use AI Agents and AI-powered automations. You will provide help for self-help: imparting technical and methodological knowledge, accompanying specific use cases, and building an active AI Builder community within the business. The focus is on self-service platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AgentBricks. You will have a deep, cross-technology understanding of agentic systems and AI-powered process automation, helping to define suitable fields of application and clear boundaries for the use of these platforms. Together with relevant IT functions, you will develop the necessary governance structures. This includes defining approved capabilities, delineating suitable self-service scenarios, and managing licenses, budgets, and usage-based costs. Furthermore, you will continuously monitor new technological developments and solutions in the market, assess their relevance for Ottobock, and support the secure and structured introduction of suitable innovations into the company.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for Agentic AI, Generative AI, process automation, and modern self-service technologies
• Completed university degree, for example in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of practical experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, intelligent automations, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Deep understanding of agentic systems, particularly regarding orchestration, tool and API usage, knowledge access, human-in-the-loop, testing, and monitoring
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AgentBricks, or comparable Agentic AI and automation platforms
• Good understanding of cloud architectures, data sources, interfaces, identity and authorization concepts, as well as security and data privacy requirements
• Experience with business enablement, community management, citizen developer programs, or comparable self-service approaches
• Enjoyment in explaining complex technical contexts understandably and enabling others to implement independently
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into suitable Agentic AI solution approaches
• Strong awareness of Responsible AI, governance, cost control, and the secure use of AI in the corporate context
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, as well as strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
• Very good German and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Building and further developing a company-wide enablement approach for Agentic AI and AI-powered process automation
• Empowering selected Business Builders to independently develop secure and value-generating AI Agents and AI Flows
• Building, moderating, and supporting an AI Builder community, as well as developing practical training, workshop, and support formats
• Advising departments on identifying, evaluating, and prototypically implementing suitable Agentic AI use cases
• Collaborating with external partners on training, enablement activities, technological consulting, and the implementation of selected use cases
• Developing clear governance guidelines for self-service, data and capability usage, security, data privacy, Responsible AI, and escalation paths
• Managing platform access, licenses, budgets, and usage-based costs together with the responsible IT and business functions
• Monitoring and evaluating new market and technology developments, as well as supporting the selection and introduction of suitable platforms, capabilities, and solution approaches
• Building standards, templates, best practices, and reusable components in coordination with Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Privacy, and IT Integration
