The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic oversight on multiple projects simultaneously, leading project teams through critical decisions and issue resolution. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, developers, and key trade partners. The Senior Project Manager will actively participate in project pursuit strategy, client interviews, proposal development, and project acquisition efforts, taking ownership and management of key client relationships. They will support and collaborate with the Superintendent on all aspects of the project, lead various meetings, manage contract administration, and effectively identify, manage, and mitigate project and company risk. This role includes reviewing, negotiating, and managing trade partner and material contracts, monitoring team performance, and leading construction services to ensure on-time delivery of quality projects within budget. The Senior Project Manager will also participate in preconstruction efforts, lead effective pre-planning, manage all financial aspects of the project, and partner with the Superintendent on schedule management. Ensuring the implementation of company safety and QA/QC programs, timely closeout processes, and proactive issue resolution are key responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and training direct reports, managing employee development, and traveling to job sites as needed. The Senior Project Manager will lead the management of project team dynamics, participate in business and industry associations, and foster a positive industry reputation by building relationships and identifying project opportunities aligned with strategic plans and goals.
