About The Position

The senior project manager will be responsible for helping to identify and support strategic initiatives to drive the Sourcing Operations business forward. Potential workstreams involve uncovering, scoping, analyzing opportunity and gaps, determining solutions, and project managing potential ancillary revenue projects. This role will also support strategic planning initiatives to help the enterprise strategically and holistically approach market planning. Strong project management skills and revenue strategy experience required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of analytics experience, with background in finance, consulting, or revenue management/strategy strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, and communications
  • 5 years managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
  • 2 years mentoring other project managers in project and program management
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • PMP considered

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners, operations, and business development to anticipate, identify, and innovate potential cost savings, value enablement and revenue growth opportunities that will provide a win-win for our business units and licensees.
  • Analyze and establish the narrative to justify future and existing workstreams and revenue streams.
  • Support strategic growth through project execution and realization of expected value, deliberate and proactive analytics, research, and partnerships across business units.
