As a project manager on the Sourcing Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives to optimize our sourcing operations needs. In order to be successful, a strong candidate has experience working cross-functionally to define and mitigate risks, execute a project plan, and communicate with clarity across various teams and stakeholders. Requirements

Strong project management skills
Strong understanding of budgeting and financial competency
Experience leading large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
Ability to lead cross functional collaborations with business partners and stakeholders
2+ years - project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.
3 years - managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
2+ years - building and mentoring teams.
