This role focuses on the fast-growing Multi-Port business unit and reports to the Senior Manager of Portfolio Lifecycle Operations (PLO). The Senior Project Manager applies expertise in operational excellence, business process development, and change management to project-manage multi-port products throughout their lifecycle, from pre-commercialization planning and launch execution through global obsolescence. The role requires a global mindset, the ability to understand regional challenges and opportunities, and the ability to manage projects across multiple worldwide regions simultaneously. The successful candidate will work effectively in a high-energy team environment and make sound decisions under time pressure and with incomplete information. The position collaborates with US and international functions to enable commercial readiness in line with the company’s Quality Management System and applicable regulations. It manages the company’s Approved Product List (APL) activities and provides hyper-care for initial product imports and shipments. Work includes defining milestones and project timelines with cross-functional teams, facilitating core-team forums, monitoring risks and contingency plans, evaluating regional readiness, and coordinating assessments and processes for regional regulatory, trade, hardware, and import/export requirements. The role may require current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, depending on the role and customer requirements. Some roles may be subject to U.S. export controls. The position may be filled at a different job level based on business needs and the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Compensation is based on job level and qualifications; the posting notes that target base compensation ranges are listed but does not provide numerical amounts in the supplied text.
