About The Position

The Senior Project Administrator (SPA) leads the Project Delivery Resource Center (PDRC) and serves as a central point of coordination, governance, and guidance for project delivery across SESLOC. The role supports department‑led projects by providing standardized processes, tools, coaching, and visibility to enable effective project planning, execution, and reporting. The SPA partners with employees at all levels of the organization to promote consistent use of PDRC frameworks, facilitate communication, surface risks and issues, and support informed decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle. While the primary focus of the role is governance and enablement, the SPA may periodically serve as the project lead for assigned projects when additional support or coordination is required. The SPA acts as a champion for project delivery discipline at SESLOC, supporting the ongoing development and adoption of project delivery standards, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting project coordination, governance, or project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to guide and support project teams in planning, scheduling, and executing work across the project lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support resolution or escalation as needed.
  • Experience maintaining project dashboards, reporting, and providing visibility to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn financial services operations and project-related requirements.
