Senior Program Manager, Finance PMO

Anduril•Costa Mesa, CA

About The Position

The Senior Program Manager will join Anduril’s Finance PMO, which drives strategic initiatives to scale Finance & Accounting and owns end-to-end delivery of system implementations, process transformation, and high-priority programs. The role operates independently, defining program strategy and driving execution across multiple concurrent workstreams while connecting Finance & Accounting, technology partners, and operational stakeholders. It contributes to function-related strategy by turning ambiguous mandates into structured programs with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes. The role applies predictive delivery methods to system implementations and compliance-driven programs, and agile approaches to iterative initiatives where requirements are still evolving. The Senior Program Manager identifies and manages risks, makes decisions to keep programs moving, leads complex cross-functional programs, and mentors peers and junior team members. Success requires ownership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance speed with rigor in a dynamic, high-mission-impact environment.

  • Expertise leading complex, multi-workstream programs in environments with evolving requirements and stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Experience designing program governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Expertise in financial systems such as ERP, EPM, and BI platforms, and in the organizational change accompanying their implementation.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including translating program complexity into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership and influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira as the primary program management platform, from portfolio-level initiative tracking through task-level engineering execution.
  • Experience administering and configuring Confluence to support reporting and documentation at scale.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
