About The Position

FedSync is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead its corporate Program Management Office (PMO). This enterprise-level role oversees a portfolio of federal contracts rather than a single project. The Senior Program Manager establishes program management standards across the company, holds portfolio-level P&L accountability, and mentors the Program and Project Managers who manage individual contracts. The role reports to executive leadership and partners with Business Development, Contracts, Finance, and HR to support FedSync’s growth. It is intended for an experienced federal Program Manager ready to lead the program function. The position is remote and requires quarterly travel. The Senior Program Manager provides executive oversight of FedSync’s federal contracts and task orders, establishes enterprise PMO practices, and manages portfolio financial performance. The role includes customer engagement, risk and corrective-action oversight, manager development, business development and proposal support, contract transitions and recompetes, and compliance with applicable federal requirements. The position reports portfolio health and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Applicants must meet an acceptable background-check requirement, including criminal history and credit checks. FedSync is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
