About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the AI Builder for a Go-to-market Strategic Initiatives Team at a leading technology firm. The role will lead the team’s transformation from AI-assisted to AI-native, validate what a next-generation program management practice should look like, and build tools to realize that vision. The successful candidate will identify jobs-to-be-done, build AI-assisted workflows, and iterate quickly. This is a six-month contract opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Detroit, MI. The pay range is $68.00–$85.00 per hour. Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in program, product, or operations engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience building LLM-based tools, such as agents, copilots, or prompt/skill libraries, used by non-technical team members.
  • At least 1 year of experience shipping production automation into a business workflow, demonstrated by a named workflow that runs without the candidate.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Cowork and Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, and/or Power Platform.
  • At least 1 year of experience reading from and writing to systems of record, including managing schema, permissions, and refreshes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an AI builder or automation lead embedded in a GTM, Revenue Ops, or Sales Strategy team.
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, complex initiatives from 0 to 1.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, self-direction, and a strong bias for action.
  • Passion for AI and a clear, strategic perspective on applying agentic systems to business outcomes.
  • Program management literacy, including the ability to read a charter, RAID log, dependency map, or deck.
  • Change management or enablement experience, such as running office hours or training users.
  • Experience defining an internal reusable library of templates, skills, and prompts.
  • An ownership mindset: self-leading, comfortable with ambiguity, able to make data-backed recommendations, and willing to hold a point of view on what an AI-native program management team should look like.
  • Comfort working without a specification and a preference for understanding workflows by shadowing program managers.
  • Project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and work with team leadership to plan automation phases and define the path to an AI-native team.
  • Architect, develop, and deploy automated workflows that replace manual program management work.
  • Connect automations to systems of record, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, and BI systems, and manage schema, permissions, and refreshes to maintain reliability in production.
  • Ship usable outputs incrementally on a weekly basis.
  • Define how shipped work will be measured and report on its impact.
  • Create and maintain an internal Asset Library of agents, skills, prompts, and templates for team use.
  • Lead enablement and adoption by pairing with program managers, holding office hours, and writing documentation.
  • Champion governance and responsible AI use, surfacing data-handling, confidentiality, and accuracy risks.
