As an AI & Automations Builder, you will build and apply agents, automations, and systems solutions that support AI enablement across the HR landscape, including Workday, ADP, and the Learning Technology stack. This hands-on technical role spans the HR platforms and processes that sit outside any single platform. You will own solution design and delivery end to end, from identifying opportunities through building, testing, and documenting the result. The role reports to the Director of HR Technology & Analytics and partners with HR Technology, HR Operations, Business HR, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT Application Engineering. IT retains ownership of security, integration infrastructure, and system health across HR platforms; this role owns automations, agents, and systems solutions built on top of and across those platforms. You will also work as a peer with the enterprise AI Engineering team on shared agent patterns and infrastructure, and contribute to a cross-functional community of AI Enablement Engineers & Builders. The role is hybrid at the company's Minneapolis, Minnesota headquarters or fully remote for candidates in the United States or Canada. The annual salary range is $85,000–$120,000 USD or $95,000–$130,000 CAD, plus equity. Final compensation depends on factors including education, skills, work history, certifications, and location. Benefits are country-specific and aligned with local laws and market practices.
