About The Position

As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that help teams deliver meaningful business outcomes more effectively. You’ll partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities, improve how work flows across teams, and provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and results. The role combines strategic leadership with execution. You’ll help teams strengthen Agile and SAFe practices, advance Operational Value Stream thinking, and develop scalable ways of working. You’ll facilitate important conversations, navigate organizational complexity, and help leaders and teams turn strategy into action.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management, including responsibility for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
Understanding of Operational Value Streams, flow-based delivery principles, and scaled ways of working.
Experience leading or supporting organizational transformation, change management, or delivery-model evolution.
Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to guide planning sessions, decision-making forums, and conversations involving diverse stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to partner effectively with business, technology, and senior leaders.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, or other SAFe practices and events.
SAFe certification such as SSM, SASM, SA, or SP, or experience working within an Enterprise PMO or portfolio management environment.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, keeping teams aligned around priorities, outcomes, and business value.
Partner with business and technology leaders to coordinate work across teams and manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and priorities.
Facilitate planning sessions, leadership discussions, executive reviews, and other forums that support timely decisions and effective execution.
Provide clear visibility into program progress, outcomes, risks, dependencies, and issues requiring leadership attention.
Help teams adopt and mature SAFe practices and evolve from traditional Agile approaches to scalable delivery models.
Partner with leaders to establish and strengthen Operational Value Streams, improving flow, coordination, and organizational visibility.
Identify systemic challenges affecting delivery and work across teams and leadership to address impediments and improve effectiveness.
Support organizational change by helping teams adopt sustainable ways of working, governance practices, and delivery rhythms.
