About The Position

Salary.com is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to implement its software for new customers and support existing customers using its applications. This consultative role provides compensation-related solutions that help ensure customer success. The position is based at the company’s headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work arrangement available. The base salary range is $85,000–$100,000.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; a focus in Human Resources, Math, or Business Analytics is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing consultative role with an HCM product.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Detail orientation, project management capabilities, and systems comprehension.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and define and execute implementation plans to deliver projects on time and according to client expectations.
Assess client use cases and business needs and design configurations that support compensation processes.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and test and troubleshoot system setups before go-live.
Deliver product training and provide support during and after implementation, including ongoing product support.
Build rapport and credibility with clients and HR partners.
Document client business processes and software system configurations.
Collaborate with Product Management and Technology to develop customer solutions.
Develop standard processes and procedures to scale recurring initiatives.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the software application.
Support client satisfaction and adoption of products and services.
Partner with Sales on product demonstrations, project scoping, and proposal development.
