About The Position

The Senior Product UX/UI Designer will lead end-to-end product experiences, from initial concepts through polished execution. In a forward deployed capacity, the designer will work with key customers to elevate the value of design through AI-first product experiences. The role involves close collaboration with product managers and engineers, shaping the product’s design system, conducting user research, and developing prototypes to explore and validate features, workflows, and interactions. The designer will champion a high design bar and help the team make thoughtful, intentional decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing products in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating the candidate’s best work.
• Ability to tackle complex challenges and turn them into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Deep understanding of design systems and strong visual and interaction design craft.
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Application must include a portfolio link; a hand-built site or Framer site is strongly preferred, and PDFs, Behance, and Dribbble are not accepted.
• Application must include 2–3 lines describing the candidate’s view of Agentic UX’s biggest problems and why.

• Technical background in computer science.
