About The Position

This product position supports the Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, and TableauNext intersection for the organization’s ecosystem, partnering across technology teams to deliver next-generation capabilities that include AI-enabled solutions. The role supports and enhances larger, more complex, or multiple products for enterprise resource planning, budgeting, data warehousing, and financial reporting. It collaborates with Finance and vendors to ensure products and solutions are properly supported and functioning optimally, data integrity is maintained, and financial reports are aligned, timely, and accurate. The position participates in implementing or enhancing products and solutions through a hybrid product/project development and implementation lifecycle. The analyst supports financial systems and provides customer service to customers and end users, troubleshoots production issues, and leads larger or multiple projects and solutions. The role works with product and solution teams, IT and Business Product Managers, IT Business Solutions Leads, stakeholders, end users, and external developers. It operates under limited guidance on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud experience is highly preferred.
100 Salesforce Trailhead badges are highly preferred.
Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and time management skills are preferred.
Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Support financial systems within the portfolio according to the support model, providing excellent customer service to customers and end users.
Analyze and troubleshoot production problems, escalate issues, and execute solutions.
Lead larger, more complex projects and/or multiple projects and solutions in a project or product lead capacity.
Collaborate with product and solution teams, IT and Business Product Managers, IT Business Solutions Leads, and other stakeholders.
Implement or enhance systems following the software and solution delivery lifecycle and hybrid project management methods.
Maintain responsibility for successful outcomes of assigned projects and solutions.
Work with end users to collect, document, and analyze business requirements, and communicate clearly and promptly with customers and end users.
Create technical designs and specifications, develop solutions, and communicate requirements to external developers.
Develop, coordinate, and execute detailed test plans.
Train end users and document processes for knowledge transfer.
Identify and document solution-related risks and issues; provide guidance and documentation on scope of work, objectives, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
Follow policies to ensure business requirements are appropriately translated and communicate risks to stakeholders.
Keep current with new functionality and technical offerings related to financial systems, as well as accounting concepts pertinent to healthcare finance.
Recommend and implement improvements to end-user processes related to financial systems.
Perform related duties as required.
