As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating Explorance’s marketing strategy. Building on a strong foundation established over the past years, you will help expand our presence into new markets while strengthening our position with existing customers. Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Proven experience in product marketing in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated success leading GTM strategies for new products and major releases.
  • Strong track record of creating effective sales enablement programs and materials that accelerate revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives across written, verbal, and visual formats.
  • Strong storyteller who can translate data, customer insights, and product features into engaging, persuasive stories.
  • Strong familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and their applications in marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data for strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for new B2B SaaS products and major releases.
  • Develop launch plans that include positioning, messaging, channel strategy, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials including product sheets, battlecards, pitch decks, and demo scripts.
  • Develop compelling customer stories, case studies, and ROI frameworks that sales teams can use throughout the buyer journey.
  • Train sales teams on product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and value propositions.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify content gaps and create materials that address common objections and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Equip sales teams with data-driven insights and competitive intelligence to support consultative selling.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product positioning and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute effective product marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Craft compelling product messaging that clearly articulates value propositions and differentiates Explorance from competitors.
  • Translate complex technical features into clear, customer-focused narratives.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including product sheets, case studies, and presentations.
  • Lead the production and presentation of marketing materials for webcasts and product sessions.
  • Develop compelling stories that bring customer success and product value to life.
  • Serve as a representative of Explorance at industry events, webinars, and product sessions.
  • Moderate webcasts and lead discussions that drive engagement and showcase product value.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to various audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure marketing efforts are measurable and impact-driven.
