About The Position

We are looking for a Product Practice Lead to own and evolve how Product Management operates at scale. This role is accountable for defining, governing, and continuously improving the PLM practice, including workflows, standards, tooling, and automation that connect Product, R&D, and Commercial teams from intake to delivery. As the practice owner, you will bring structure to complex and high‑volume inputs (feature requests, product inquiries, commitments, and liabilities), ensure consistent execution across teams, and reduce friction through clear processes, data, and automation. You will translate ambiguity into clarity, and strategy into operational reality. This role sits at the intersection of process design, systems thinking, and cross‑functional alignment, with a strong focus on outcomes, adoption, and long-term scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar role focused on operating at scale
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and run cross‑functional processes across Product, R&D, and Commercial teams
  • Strong comfort working with product tooling, workflows, data models, and automation rather than relying on ad‑hoc coordination
  • Clear, structured communicator able to align diverse stakeholders and translate complexity into actionable decisions
  • A systems thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a bias toward measurable outcomes
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Nice To Haves

  • Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
  • Practical experience with AI‑assisted operations or agent‑based workflows
  • Familiarity with designing, refining, or governing prompts, agents, or automation logic used to support operational or decision‑making processes
  • Prior collaboration with both Product and Commercial teams in environments with high intake volume and external commitments
  • Knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing and Jobs-To-Be-Done frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Own the PLM practice end‑to‑end, including intake, triage, prioritization, backlog governance, and customer commitments across Product, R&D, and Commercial teams
  • Define and maintain PLM standards, documentation, operating models, and governance that scale across products and teams
  • Design and oversee automation and tooling (e.g., CRM, Azure DevOps, workflows, dashboards) to reduce manual effort, enforce quality, and improve visibility and accountability
  • Partner with Product, R&D, Commercial, and Operations leaders to align expectations, decision gates, SLAs, and ownership throughout the lifecycle of requests and commitments
  • Establish and monitor PLM health metrics (e.g., response time, backlog size, throughput, SLA adherence) and use insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead change management and adoption, ensuring new processes and tools are understood, used, and trusted by stakeholders
  • Explore, pilot, and govern AI‑assisted capabilities (e.g., intake classification, routing, insight generation) that enhance PLM efficiency and decision‑making while maintaining clarity and control

Benefits

  • Attractive compensation package
  • Training Tuition Reimbursement Program
  • Work-life balance with a flexible working schedule
  • Subsidized meals in our amazing Bistro (Les Cordons Bleus)
  • Free, unlimited coffee and fruits
  • Private, free parking for all employees
  • Onsite fitness facility with personal trainer, and multiple wellness and health workshops
