What We're Looking For The Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s purchasing and procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services. This role develops and implements purchasing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance while supporting operational objectives and business growth. The Purchasing Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, inventory, supply chain, and logistics to forecast purchasing requirements, maintain inventory continuity, and support production and customer demands. The role is also responsible for overseeing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, maintaining accurate purchasing records and reporting. The role will be leading and developing the purchasing team (5-6 employees) to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is 100% on site at our office in Dorval.
