The Senior Brand Manager in our Brand Operations Team leads the strategic and operational aspects of our Amazon and Regional brand team across all categories. This includes the planning, development strategies required to deliver brand growth, and monitoring of brand strategies. They should have a strong understanding of retailer media and how to apply that strategy to deliver material growth. This role requires strong partnership with category teams, media teams, the retailer, and other stakeholders. Strong communication skills and ability to positively influence strategy is needed to reach success. The Senior Brand Manager will need to guide the vision strategy behind multiple brands by identifying consumer needs, understanding shopper insights, and executing marketing plans that win with consumers at the shelf. In this role, you will leverage media or dComm experience and lead: Retail Media for Amazon and own Amazon Ads relationship, Endeavor, and Internal training on 'The Amazon Way' to unleash advertising to commerce potential Search and Display - Ensure sufficiency to meet Amazon growth targets while finding efficiencies to improve ROAS Rollout of top new capabilities to teams and influence roadmap changes with Amazon Ads and Regional Retailers to drive value for P&G Scaled activations, including NHL Scale Plan, Spend Get, and other activations to deliver value This role reports to a Brand Director. Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited university, any major
  • 4+ years of relevant Digital Commerce experience in either CPG, an eCommerce retail platform, or at an agency is required
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of retail media best practices, ideally with Amazon experience
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to develop effective brand strategies for multiple brands with clearly defined objectives
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate brand plans and objectives
  • Proactive leadership to find innovation opportunities and drive continuous improvement in brand strategies and executions
  • Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
