We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to translate product innovation into revenue by activating our go-to-market organization. This role requires bridging Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure teams have the necessary messaging, proof points, and competitive intelligence to succeed. The ideal candidate will enjoy shaping narratives, enabling sales teams, influencing without direct authority, and driving product traction within a large organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy within B2B SaaS
  • Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and content development skills
  • Experience creating sales enablement assets that drive measurable adoption
  • Strong competitive intelligence and market analysis capabilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional product launches
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Technology, HR Technology, or Workforce Technology
  • Familiarity with AI, talent intelligence, sourcing, recruiting workflows, or recruiting automation
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations

Responsibilities

  • Develop programs to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions across the go-to-market organization.
  • Partner with sales leadership, overlays, account executives, account managers, and customer success teams to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as battlecards, one-pagers, sales presentations, competitive positioning, discovery guides, customer stories, and solution briefs.
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging for internal teams and external buyers.
  • Lead internal launch readiness efforts for new products, features, and innovations.
  • Own competitive intelligence programs, maintaining battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and market insights.
  • Develop customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives to strengthen sales conversations and support go-to-market efforts.
