Industrious is hiring its first-ever Sr. Marketing Manager, Product Marketing. This foundational role will shape how the company brings its growing portfolio of products, brands, and experiences (digital and physical) to market. This is a builder's role where the individual will establish the product marketing function from scratch, create necessary frameworks and processes, and act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Sales, and business lines. The role involves defining positioning and messaging architecture, GTM strategy, and sales enablement to ensure a clear, compelling, and consistent story across all products and brands. The position will also support high-priority commercial bets, including launching new brands, scaling non-private office product lines, partnering on digital product GTM (including the mobile app), and supporting the growing Large Teams customer segment. The ideal candidate is energized by building from the ground up, influencing strategy across a complex organization, and is a hands-on executor with strong project management capabilities.
