About The Position

LeapXpert is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to clarify, strengthen, and communicate its Governed Communication Intelligence category to enterprise buyers. The role owns product positioning, launches, and sales enablement, translating complex governance, security, and AI capabilities into compelling narratives for compliance, IT, risk, and front-office audiences. It works across Product, Sales, and Marketing to turn customer and market insight into differentiated messaging, equip the field, and run launches that support pipeline growth. The position is remote in the United States and reports to the Director of Product Marketing. The manager will create and maintain positioning, messaging, buyer personas, and product capability claims; lead product releases through the NPI process; collaborate with Product and Engineering at sprint level; and measure launch impact. The role also owns competitive intelligence and supports win/loss research, customer advocacy, case studies, references, and analyst relations.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of B2B product marketing experience selling to large enterprises at startups, technology, or SaaS companies.
  • Ability to own launches and positioning end to end without close supervision and to shape strategy, not just execute it.
  • Track record of launching products and developing positioning that measurably improved pipeline, adoption, or win rates.
  • Technical depth to explain APIs, integrations (including MCP connectors), and AI agents to technical and business buyers, and credibility with engineers.
  • Strong attention to accuracy, including checking facts before publication and challenging unsupported claims.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to make complex technical products simple and compelling.
  • Portfolio of messaging, launch, and sales assets created, with examples of how they were used.
  • Proven ability to build sales enablement that field teams use.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and ability to align Product, Sales, and Marketing without formal authority.
  • Data-driven approach and comfort using marketing analytics tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce to measure impact.
  • Comfort working across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones, with regular overlap across regions, especially US hours.
  • Fluency with AI tools in one's own workflow.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in RegTech, communications compliance, cybersecurity, archiving, or collaboration software.
  • Experience marketing to financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with SEC/FINRA recordkeeping, MiFID II, or data privacy regulations.
  • Experience marketing AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

  • Build sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, demo narratives, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides.
  • Train Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success on messaging, competitors, and new releases.
  • Provide core messaging and reusable launch assets for Channel Marketing to adapt into partner campaigns and enablement.
  • Support strategic deals and executive briefings with tailored content.
  • Create product and initiative positioning, messaging, and value propositions within the portfolio strategy.
  • Maintain the messaging source of truth and product capability claims register, and verify claims before publication.
  • Develop buyer personas and use cases for established regulated markets and emerging verticals.
  • Translate technical and regulatory concepts into clear, differentiated narratives for business and technical audiences.
  • Run releases through the NPI process, from messaging guidelines through field readiness, on a fast release cadence.
  • Work at sprint level with Product and Engineering, including the Vietnam team; read specifications and tickets, test features hands-on, and distinguish shipped features from roadmap items.
  • Partner with Product Management on roadmap priorities, pricing and packaging input, and release communications.
  • Measure launch impact on adoption, pipeline, and win rates, and iterate based on results.
  • Own competitive intelligence across communication compliance, archiving, and supervision.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and customer interviews, and share insights with Product, Sales, and leadership.
  • Support analyst relations, including Gartner, as well as customer advocacy, case studies, and references.
