About The Position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager serves as a strategic anchor for products within the Sales Cloud portfolio and bridges Product, customers, and the market. The role brings deep product and customer understanding to shape positioning, messaging, product narratives, and the path to value from roadmap through adoption. It owns the product story and acts as a trusted source of truth so customers, sellers, analysts, and partners understand the portfolio’s value and differentiation. The position partners closely with Product to understand roadmaps, technology, and customer use cases; translates complex capabilities into market narratives; and influences product and portfolio strategy. It orchestrates the product story across releases, web, content, social, events, demos, videos, and customer stories, while working with Communications and Analyst Relations to strengthen Salesforce’s category leadership. It also defines how customers realize value after purchase through setup guidance, best practices, tutorials, maturity resources, adoption content, and enablement. The role brings Product, Sales, Marketing, Creative, Communications, Analyst Relations/Public Relations, Customer Success, and partners together around a clear product story and strategy. Success includes a differentiated market-leading product story, consistent messaging that teams rely on, improved customer adoption and maturity, and recognition of Salesforce as a category leader.
