About The Position

Salesforce’s Sales Cloud UX Team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of Sales Cloud, its flagship product for helping sales teams become more productive and impactful. The role focuses increasingly on intelligent, agentic experiences, working with a global team of more than 30 product designers who prototype in code and develop patterns for how people work with agents. The designer will address meaningful problems at scale with inclusive and accessible design, research and prototype AI-first concepts, and use vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping to bring ideas to life. They will partner closely with product and engineering and own the end-to-end experience of their work. The designer will create AI and agentic experiences such as conversational interfaces, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, and trust and transparency patterns. They will build working prototypes rapidly using vibe coding and AI tools, explore concepts, test with users, and align stakeholders. They will collaborate with product owners, engineers, and user research to establish a vision, produce detailed design specifications, and ship polished products. The role also includes extending the design system for AI-driven patterns and advocating for accessible, globally universal design.

Requirements

At least 4 years designing and delivering software products end to end in a cross-functional team.
Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered products or features, with portfolio examples showing process and decisions.
Hands-on daily use of AI tools in the design workflow, including vibe coding.
Expert knowledge of Figma.
Strong communication and systems thinking, with the ability to build consensus on fast-moving, ambiguous projects.

Experience contributing to design systems.
Experience shipping production code or pull requests as a designer.
Experience building AI-assisted tools and workflows.

Responsibilities
