Senior Product Designer, Sales Cloud
About The Position
Salesforce’s Sales Cloud UX Team is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of Sales Cloud, its flagship product that helps sales teams be more productive and impactful. The role focuses increasingly on designing and building intelligent, agentic experiences. The global product design team works AI-natively, prototypes in code, and develops patterns for how people work with agents. The designer will address meaningful problems at scale while designing for inclusivity and accessibility. The designer will research, design, and prototype AI-first concepts, bringing them to life with vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping. They will partner closely with product and engineering and own the end-to-end experience of their work.
Requirements
- At least 4 years designing and delivering software products end to end in a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered products or features, with portfolio examples showing process and decisions.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools in the design workflow, including vibe coding.
- Expert knowledge of Figma.
- Strong communication and systems thinking, with the ability to build consensus on fast-moving, ambiguous projects.
Nice To Haves
- Experience contributing to design systems.
- Experience shipping production code or pull requests as a designer.
- Experience building personal AI-assisted tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design AI and agentic experiences, including conversational interfaces, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, and trust and transparency patterns.
- Build working prototypes rapidly with vibe coding and AI tools to explore ideas, test with users, and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and user research to set the vision and produce detailed design specifications for polished, high-quality products.
- Extend the design system for AI-driven patterns and advocate for accessible, globally universal design.
