About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic anchor for products within the Sales Cloud portfolio. The role connects Product, customers, and the market, using product and customer understanding to shape positioning, messaging, product narratives, and the path to value from roadmap through adoption. The manager owns the product story and acts as a trusted source of truth so customers, sellers, analysts, and partners understand the portfolio’s value and differentiation. The role defines product positioning and messaging, partners closely with Product on roadmaps and strategy, coordinates the product story across channels and releases, and develops content and enablement to support customer adoption. It also aligns cross-functional teams around a consistent product strategy. Success includes a clear, differentiated product story; reliable messaging used across Product and Marketing; improved customer adoption and maturity; and recognition of Salesforce as a category leader.
