About The Position

Amazon Prime is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is AI-first and looking for an opportunity to move fast and make a significant impact. The role focuses on converting customers to lifelong Prime members, helping them discover new benefits, and increasing their engagement with Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating operations to delight customers with relevant and appealing content experiences. This position involves influencing and executing go-to-market strategies for the Prime marketing team to accelerate and scale operations. Key responsibilities include owning roadmaps for an entire charter, analyzing metrics for actionable insights, and making recommendations on marketing plans, product roadmaps, and technical solutions for automation and scaling. The role requires close collaboration with Prime leaders and worldwide partner teams to launch new products. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, adept at managing multiple deadlines through exceptional planning, skilled in coordinating with stakeholders, and comfortable with various software and editing tools. Experience in product marketing is highly desired. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and comfort working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management. Deep experience in setting up, measuring, and managing Onsite and Outbound campaigns, content testing, and experimentation is essential.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Strong communicator
  • Great at meeting multiple deadlines through exceptional planning skills
  • Capable to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools
  • Deep experience in setting up and measuring and managing Onsite and Outbound campaigns, content testing and experimentation
  • Flexibility, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Responsibilities

  • Influencing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the Prime marketing team to accelerate and scale operations.

  • Working closely with Prime leaders and partner teams worldwide to launch new products for customers.
  • Defining roadmaps to facilitate and accelerate the team's marketing operations, expanding reach to all available Prime countries.
  • Launching member growth products worldwide that impact the customer journey.
  • Defining and executing the marketing strategy.
  • Participating in the development of tooling solutions to support Prime marketers.
  • Working in close collaboration with product leaders and tech teams to identify new opportunities to invent and simplify.
