About The Position

The North American Stores organization is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of the US Prime & Marketing Team (UPMT) in Seattle, WA. This role requires handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism with senior executives. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, planning and organizing events, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The Executive Assistant will also foster a positive team environment and build relationships within and outside the group. The UPMT encompasses US Prime, Marketing and Creative, Discovery Technology, and UX Design. The US Prime team focuses on enhancing the membership program, while the Marketing and Creative team helps customers discover products globally. The North America Stores Design team is responsible for creating user experiences for shopping across various categories like Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Furniture, Beauty, and Consumables, utilizing groundbreaking technology and science to delight customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support global team
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for VP
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Email Inbox Management
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Act as Lead EA for UPMT EA team
  • Act as a liaison for VP's direct reports
  • Work closely with Biz Ops Manager, HR, Recruiting, and UPMT EAs to provide support to the organization
  • Help develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
