About The Position

The Amazon International Expansions organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Directors in a fast-paced, growing environment based in Austin, TX. This role involves handling confidential information, maintaining professionalism with senior executives, managing complex calendars, planning and organizing various events, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The Executive Assistant will also contribute to a positive team environment and foster relationships within and outside the group. The International Expansions team is responsible for launching Amazon Consumer Stores in new geographies, offering an opportunity to learn about Amazon's full scale, new cultures, and work across multiple geographies, adapting to local and regional needs such as language, currency, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience managing executive level calendars
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars.

  • Understand business context and prioritize key meetings.
  • Perform administrative functions for the Austin Expansions team, including event planning (townhalls, promo celebrations, team lunches) and seating planning.
