Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Netlify Product Marketing team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the GTM strategy, positioning, and vision for the Enterprise business. This role is critical in capturing the Enterprise market and achieving growth in the web development space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and executing GTM strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Growth Marketing to deliver pipeline and revenue, develop marketing and sales content, and define product and technology portfolio strategies. The Product Marketing Manager will also provide Sales Readiness and Enablement, use competitive intelligence to inform GTM and product roadmap, and communicate strategy and metrics to the Senior Leadership Team.

• Create innovative GTM strategies in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Growth Marketing to deliver pipeline and revenue
• Develop marketing and sales content to support the customer journey and help Sales achieve business goals
• Own and monitor business metrics for pipeline, revenue, win rate, and market share
• Drive efforts with Product and Sales to define an overall product and technology portfolio strategy
• Ensure the development of strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing plans
• Provide Sales Readiness and Enablement to increase sales velocity and conversion
• Obtain and use competitive intelligence to inform GTM and product roadmap
• Communicate and present strategy, execution, metrics, and business health to the Senior Leadership Team
• Create strategic GTM plans and deliver exceptional results
• Write, edit, and copywrite concise and impactful messaging and content
• Continuously improve and refine strategy based on results and key inputs
• Bring new and unique ideas to help Netlify stand out in the market
• Work autonomously in a remote work environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• Make a significant impact and play a pivotal role in building an exceptional GTM engine
• Work effectively with colleagues, solve problems, and represent Netlify in front of external audiences
• Welcome remote candidates based in North American timezones
• Experience at a high-growth tech startup is a plus

• Experience in creating innovative GTM strategies, product launch plans, and campaigns
• Ability to lead multiple product launches from inception to completion
• Track record of delivering business results that meet or exceed targets
• Excellent writing, editing, and copywriting skills
• Data-driven mindset and ability to refine strategy based on results and key inputs
