Senior Product Manager, Trimble Connect
About The Position
Trimble is seeking an experienced product leader to accelerate the growth of Trimble Connect as an essential data platform for the global construction industry. The Senior Product Manager will define differentiated capabilities, execute commercial monetization strategies, and help construction teams make informed decisions and improve project efficiency. The role is central to Trimble’s Connected Construction vision and involves setting the strategic direction and competitive positioning of an enterprise SaaS platform. The product leader will champion the product vision from market analysis through commercial launch, influence global stakeholders, and advance AI-forward product development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8 to 10 years of direct experience as a platform Product Manager, with a record of guiding product strategy and delivering scalable SaaS products.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep expertise in enterprise SaaS commercial models, go-to-market execution, and financial modeling.
- Ability to influence internal and external senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on product management experience in construction technology, Common Data Environments (CDE), or adjacent B2B AEC platform software.
Responsibilities
- Drive product discovery and prioritization through market analysis and direct engagement with construction enterprise executives.
- Champion the product vision and commercial strategy, including tiered monetization models that deliver value to buyers and support revenue growth.
- Align engineering and global business teams to deliver differentiated, enterprise-scale platform capabilities.
- Represent Trimble as an industry thought leader and strengthen Trimble Connect’s credibility across the construction technology ecosystem.
- Mentor product management talent and establish AI-driven practices across the organization.
