About The Position

Endor Labs is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to define and deliver AI product capabilities across its application security platform, particularly integrating Application Security features into AI developer tooling. The role involves productizing agentic capabilities that help security teams work faster and more accurately by translating AppSec use cases—such as auto-triage, reachable-only findings, secure design review, pull-request feedback, and remediation suggestions—into reliable agent workflows with clear inputs, outputs, service-level agreements, and success criteria.

The role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through execution, launch, and iteration. The product manager will shape the agentic platform, engage customers and prospects, collaborate across engineering and go-to-market teams, and use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate performance. The focus is on delivering intuitive, enterprise-grade, AI-first experiences for modern application security teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical product management experience in developer-facing platforms.
• Experience with modern developer workflows, including CI/CD, IDEs, and source code analysis.
• Hands-on experience productizing AI or agent-based systems, including defining workflows, guardrails, and success metrics.
• Ability to go deep technically while maintaining strong product judgment and execution focus.
• Proven ability to partner credibly with engineering, sales engineers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and success of the product area, aligning it with user needs and business goals.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback, understand user problems, and shape the product roadmap.
• Define and prioritize features and partner with engineering from ideation and discovery through execution, launch, and iteration.
• Enhance the agentic platform by defining which agents to build and which tools to add, while considering cost and latency trade-offs.
• Work with product marketing, sales enablement, and other teams on launch messaging and positioning, and create materials to support the sales team.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to track product performance, identify opportunities, and measure product-area success.
