Senior Product Manager
About The Position
Endor Labs is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the definition and delivery of AI product capabilities across its AURI application security platform, with a focus on integrating and connecting application security features with AI developer tooling. The role calls for a product leader who can work through technical details while maintaining a broad product perspective. The position will productize agentic capabilities that help security teams work faster and more accurately. This includes turning application security use cases—such as auto-triage, reachable-only findings, secure design review, pull request feedback, and remediation suggestions—into reliable agent workflows with defined inputs, outputs, service-level agreements, and success criteria. The role emphasizes intuitive, enterprise-grade, AI-first product experiences for modern application security teams. Endor Labs develops AURI, an application security platform that runs within coding-agent harnesses through hooks, skills, and MCP. Its code context graph maps code, open source, containers, and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities that are reachable and exploitable and to provide fixes intended not to break applications. The company says its customers include OpenAI, SpaceX, DoorDash, Dropbox, Atlassian, MongoDB, Snowflake, Robinhood, and Peloton. Endor Labs has raised $163 million and is led by founder and CEO Varun Badhwar.
Requirements
- Strong technical product management experience in developer-facing platforms.
- Experience with modern developer workflows, including CI/CD, IDEs, and source code analysis.
- Hands-on experience productizing AI or agent-based systems, including defining workflows, guardrails, and success metrics.
- Ability to go deep technically while maintaining strong product judgment and execution focus.
- Proven ability to partner credibly with engineering, sales engineers, and customers.

Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and success of the product area, aligning it with user needs and business goals.
- Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback, understand user problems, and shape the product roadmap.
- Define and prioritize features, partnering with engineering from ideation and discovery through execution, launch, and iteration.
- Develop Endor’s agentic platform by defining which agents to build and which tools to add, considering cost and latency trade-offs.
- Translate application security use cases—including auto-triage, reachable-only findings, secure design review, pull request feedback, and remediation suggestions—into reliable agent workflows with clear inputs, outputs, SLAs, and success criteria.
- Work with product marketing, sales enablement, and other teams on product-launch messaging and positioning, and create materials to support the sales team.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to track product performance, identify opportunities, and measure the success of the product area.
