About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will independently lead the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to drive impactful business outcomes. You will define roadmaps, guide cross-functional teams, and mentor peers while managing product lifecycle and performance. Utilizing data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies, you will identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and promote innovation. This role demands strong stakeholder collaboration and strategic leadership to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer experiences. The Subscriptions team at Walmart drives the product vision and strategy for a key Omni Experience that automates everyday essentials for millions of customers. This team collaborates closely with designers, engineers, and business leaders across fulfillment, marketplace, and financial services to deliver innovative, data-driven, and customer-focused product solutions. Emphasizing strategic planning, competitive analysis, and stakeholder engagement, the team ensures seamless, reliable, and engaging online shopping experiences. Members leverage strong project management and product roadmap skills to shape scalable, impactful products that meet evolving market needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
  • 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Experience creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
  • Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and AI capabilities, to validate assumptions and optimize product outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide product managers to enhance discovery rigor and customer focus.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch value realization and iteration.
