About The Position

Komodo Health is reimagining revenue operations by moving from a static SaaS stack to an AI-centric model. The Senior Product Manager will work at the intersection of revenue operations, technology, and applied AI, partnering with GTM, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to understand processes and pain points, translate requirements into prioritized roadmaps and working solutions, and deliver measurable productivity gains. Over time, this person will own the go-to-market product and influence senior leaders on priorities and trade-offs. The role is responsible for setting the go-to-market product roadmap, simplifying the technology stack, delivering platform milestones, and measuring improvements in time saved, cycle time, data quality, and user adoption. It also involves managing vendors and integrations, making build-versus-buy decisions, applying AI to automate work, and leading rollout and change-management efforts. The position may be performed from anywhere in the country, depending on role scope; Komodo Health also has hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago and a hybrid work model.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience owning roadmaps and prioritization for complex systems or platforms, with a track record of shipping alongside engineering teams.
Working knowledge of revenue-team operations across lead management, account and territory management, pipeline and forecasting, quoting, and order fulfillment, gained in product, RevOps, GTM systems, or systems integration.
Experience evaluating, implementing, or owning GTM technology such as CRM, CPQ, sales platforms, or marketing platforms, including build-versus-buy decisions.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate work or improve team productivity, with measurable results.
Grounding in data management and BI tools, and the ability to define success metrics and track them.
Ability to lead conversations with senior Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders and push back constructively when priorities need challenging.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience building or shipping with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, including prototypes, internal tools, or production code.
Experience with integration or orchestration platforms such as Workato.
Experience leading a system migration or replatforming effort.

Responsibilities

Establish a prioritized go-to-market product roadmap with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership, including an intake and prioritization process.
Simplify the go-to-market technology stack by reducing redundant tools and manual handoffs without disrupting revenue-critical workflows.
Deliver platform milestones with Engineering on agreed timelines and define clear success criteria.
Set baselines and measure gains in time saved, cycle time, data quality, and user adoption.
Build trusted partnerships with senior GTM leaders and facilitate constructive trade-off decisions.
Lead working sessions with GTM, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to map processes and friction across lead management, pipeline, forecasting, quoting, and order fulfillment.
Translate business needs into clear specifications, prototype where useful, and partner with developers to ship and scale solutions.
Use AI to automate rote tasks and improve productivity for sellers and operations users, measuring the impact.
Manage the GTM tool and integration portfolio, make build-versus-buy decisions, evaluate vendors, and retire unnecessary tools.
Lead rollouts and change management with the Revenue Operations and Enablement Team to drive adoption.
Influence senior leaders and constructively challenge priorities when needed.
