About The Position

The Senior Product Manager will lead customer-facing money movement experiences at Robinhood, setting the vision for how customers move money and assets into, out of, and within the platform. The role owns the end-to-end journey across mobile and web, including funding, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, and leads zero-to-one initiatives from concept through launch. The position focuses on making transfers clear, fast, reliable, and delightful, with attention to interaction details and customer-facing polish.

The Product Manager will collaborate with design, engineering, platform teams, legal, compliance, fraud, operations, and external partners. The role is based in Robinhood’s Menlo Park, California office, with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipping consumer products; mobile-first experience is ideal.
• History of close collaboration with design from concept through launch, including giving and receiving critique and maintaining high craft standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong product taste, with examples of shaping experiences where polish made a measurable difference.
• High technical empathy and experience partnering closely with engineering to resolve complex tradeoffs and deliver clean user experiences.
• Familiarity with using user research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decisions.
• Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, make opinionated product recommendations, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Strong sense of urgency, speed, high standards, and work ethic.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with design, engineering, operations, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for Robinhood’s money movement customer experience across funding, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Lead zero-to-one product initiatives that make moving money faster and more delightful, from initial concept through launch.
• Partner with design to shape work, exchange critique, and maintain a high bar for craft and interaction detail.
• Improve funnel conversion, transaction success, and customer satisfaction by identifying friction and failure points and using research, experimentation, and analytics to prioritize work.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams responsible for payment rails and vendor integrations to turn platform capabilities into reliable, fast customer-facing experiences.
• Work with compliance, legal, and fraud teams to ensure experiences meet regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong customer experience.
